MOOD is a fictional app that helps a user gain self awareness and mindfulness, by tracking emotions over time and by identifying potential triggers. Mood journals and trackers are not only recommended by caregivers for those suffering from mood disorders, but can help everyone gain insights into their own self.
The concept of MOOD is one that is quite dear to me, as I am personally close with many friends who suffer from anxiety and mood disorders, a large part in which is stress related. I knew the app had to be quick and efficient to use in the event of hectic life schedules, and have a soothing visual treatment as a means to induce relaxation.
